I,ve done 1000s upon 1000s of push ups over my life as they are a great exercise that needs no equipment but hopefully this will if nothing change it up and really target different muscles plus holding the handles allows you to go lower than on a floor giving the pectoral muscle a much deeper stretch promoting better growth and also wrist and grip strength. for the price it's definitely worth a shot and seems like it will help and also change it up keeping motivation up which can be hard when you train alone and do constant repetitive moves. I recommend it but will definitely come back in a month and let you know if it good. so far I,d recommend it for sure.👍
