Shipping Policy

The products presented on our website are located in Australia and USA, China, Sweden and Germany. 

The estimated average delivery time for products is 2 to 4 weeks, and there may be variations in the timeframe due to the Post Office, the Federal Revenue Service and possible problems with Post Office strikes, in addition to other factors beyond our control. 

All purchases have  a tracking code  that will be sent to the customer's email within 5 business days, which can be tracked from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at your home.

Another important thing to note is that products arriving in Australia sent directly from our manufacturers in the US or China undergo customs inspection and may be subject to taxation. If this happens, the buyer will be responsible for paying the tax.


Delivery is always made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to collect the products at the agency closest to the address provided.

Based on our experience, 85 % of products are delivered within 11 days after posting.

If the order is for 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments   and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

Please be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is made within the established deadline. Please note that it can not be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, as the product is already separated for shipping within this period, and it will also not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

Since this is an international order, tracking information on the Post Office website may take between 2 and 5 business days after the tracking code is provided. Products damaged during transportation are the responsibility of the postal services.

The delivery address must be checked by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, it will be the customer's sole responsibility. If the Post Office attempts to deliver the product without success, it will be left at the agency for collection, but it is not, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of resending, the delivery period will start to count from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order registration. 

As this is an import service, each and every item of merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes. 

RESUMO BEST  is responsible  for any costs (fees, charges and taxes) added by the government. Customers who are taxed have 48 hours to contact the company, sending the completed document corresponding to the tax to the post office.

In case of resubmission, a new delivery deadline will apply.
