How do I place my order?
To place an order, follow these steps:

What if there are missing items or incorrect products in my order?
If your order is missing items or includes incorrect products, please contact us at contactus@ninemix.com. Include your order number and a photo (file size below 1MB). We will reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrectly shipped item as a gift.
How do I know my order was submitted successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details.
Can I change my items after placing my order?
You can make changes to your order until 11:00 PM (+1 GMT) on the same day it was placed. Contact us at contactus@ninemix.com to request modifications.

If Already Shipped:
