Tracking Your Order

 Here’s how to track your order:

• Already have a tracking number?
  Simply visit Australia Post Tracking, pop in your tracking code, and you’re good to go!

• Haven’t received your tracking number yet?
  No worries! It’ll be sent automatically to your email within 3 business days after your order is dispatched.

• Still no tracking number?
  If it’s been more than 5 business days, shoot us an email at contactus@ninemix.com with your order number, and we’ll sort it out for you.

📦 Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 business days. If your order doesn’t show up on time, no dramas – we’ll give you a full refund, and you can keep the product as a gift when it eventually arrives.
