Just visit Australia Post Tracking, enter your tracking code, and you’re all set!

✅ Haven’t received your tracking number yet?
No worries — it will be automatically sent to your email within 3 business days after your order is dispatched.

✅ Still no tracking number?
If it’s been more than 5 business days, send us an email at contactus@ninemix.com with your order number, and we’ll sort it out for you.

 

📦 Delivery Timeframe:
Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 business days. If your order doesn’t arrive on time, please contact us — we’ll resolve it, and if needed, offer a full refund.
