This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.ninemix.com (the "Site").

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We refer to this automatically collected information as "Device Information".

COOKIES

Below is a list of the cookies we use. We list them so that you can choose whether to opt out of cookies:

  • _session_id: Unique token, session-based. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

  • _shopify_visit: No data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by the site provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

  • _shopify_uniq: No data held, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

  • cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.

  • _secure_session_id: Unique token, session-based.

  • storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Log files track actions occurring on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this as "Order Information".

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We generally use the Order Information to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use it to:

  • Communicate with you;

  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud;

  • Provide you, when in line with your preferences, with information or advertising related to our products or services.

We use the Device Information we collect to help screen for potential risks and fraud (particularly your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site—for example, by generating analytics on how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to evaluate the success of our marketing campaigns.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above. For example:
