Delivery and Import Taxes

The products offered on our website are located in Australia, the USA, China, Sweden, and Germany. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, but it may vary due to factors such as postal strikes or unforeseen delays. All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email within 5 business days, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Important: Import Taxes

Products shipped from outside Australia may be subject to customs duties. The buyer is responsible for any such taxes. We recommend checking Australian import regulations for more information.

Returns and Reshipments

If there is any issue with delivery or the address is incorrect, the product will be returned. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. If the product arrives damaged or does not match the description, you may request an exchange or return at no additional cost.

Delivery Time

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 11 business days after dispatch. If your order contains two or more items, they may be shipped separately. A tracking code will be provided for each shipment.

Responsibility for the Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. After 24 hours of placing your order, the shipping address cannot be changed and the purchase cannot be cancelled.
